EPL and EPL.HCL have different CAS: EPL CAS:25104-18-1 EPL.HCL CAS:28211-04-03
EPL only have light yellow,but EPL.HCL has two colors:light yellow and white,normal our is white on picture above.
the PH of EPL is 7-9,but EPL. HCL is 2.5-5.5, so their effects will be better in corresponding PH of end-product.
So some company use EPL. HCL as EPL,because of the same color,different cas. But you can test the PH for identify.
